2. Services Provided
Amber Creator Studio LLC offers content creation, social media management, short-form video strategy, digital marketing, and creator growth consulting. Service specifics will be outlined in individual client agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all materials produced by Amber Creator Studio LLC remain the property of the studio until final payments are received. Clients are granted a license to use final deliverables for their intended purposes.
4. Payment and Fees
Fees for services are structured per project or on a retainer basis. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Amber Creator Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital strategies or content. We do not guarantee specific audience growth or revenue increases, as these depend on external platform factors.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
